The other negative comments couldn’t be more true. The receptionist is a miserable person to talk to, truly rude. Another patient and I had to laugh with how nasty she was.
Receptionist are extremely rude ! Hire new receptionist who aren’t miserable. Because of how I was greeted on the phone and spoken to I would not be coming to this office . Drs could be great but because your reception is rude you lost a almost patient Go somewhere else if you are looking for care
If I could give this establishment ZERO stars I would. The receptionist I spoke too …is making me switch my doctor. Overall, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, best of luck to anyone going here.
