Over the recent years we've replaced all our appliances from Shore Appliance. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We tell them what we are hoping to find and what features we prefer, and they always find the exact appliance for us. They also understand that when an appliance breaks, you need the new replacement quickly. They double-check shipment times when something needs to be ordered, and figure out the fastest way to have you back up and running. Never any pressure to rush and buy something. I highly recommend.
Responsive when there was an issue; service technician was professional and highly competent. Very nice experience.

Had an issue with a dryer I recently purchased. They had a repair person here the next day, problem solved. I also live their communications so you you know exactly when the driver will arrive.
Davion arrived earlier than expected was a very pleasant person run into a complicated situation but handled it in a very professional manner he was very knowledgeable of his job and the and the duties he performed to do the installation of my new washer I would rate him a 10 out of 10 Dorothy Thomas
