We had an issue with our 3 year old washer making a strange grinding noise when washing clothes. I called Shore Appliance to see if they could come diagnose the problem. The customer service representative was so helpful, and had availability for a technician to come out the next day. The technician Donnie was so nice, and fully explained and showed me why my washer was making a load noise. He ordered the part that was needed to fix the problem. Within a day the part was in. I highly recommend Shore Appliance to anyone!
