Recently purchased a refrigerator from Vinny. Easy to request it on their website and he called me right away to confirm and finalize the purchase. Delivery guys were wonderful and I was happy to have a map to follow exactly when they would arrive! Ended up purchasing the 5yr warranty for a great price. Thank you!
Bobby had previously worked on our new Bosch refrigerator and identified a problem that would require replacing parts. He showed up early, went about making the repairs and kept us informed of exactly what he was doing. Shore Appliance is lucky to have such a dedicated professional that also serves as an ambassador for the company. If Bobby shows up, you know you have the best.
Bobby did a great Job with the fix. Also explained water pressure still on in house even after water turned off.
Tommy is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his servicing of our dishwasher.
Service Tech was excellent and addressed my problem quickly and efficiently.
