Great company, products, and service!!
I was able to have a walk through ShopSabre plant and see units being processed from the welding and the machine operations to the assembly and inspection before it is shipped. After I ordered my machine, I received weekly reports on time frame for delivery and things I should do to prepare for the my routers delivery. I was able to set it up with ease. Great company, even better machines. Im an owner/operator of a custom sign and Woodworking shop. We’ve had a few CNC machines over the years, but nothing like the Pro510. I’ve had to call tech support a few times for minor issues, and every time they treat me like a new customer, eager to troubleshoot and support whatever problem I’m having. ShopSabre builds top notch CNC equipment here in the United States and has probably the best customer service this decade. In a time where companies are all going to "email customer service" ShopSabre still pick up the phone, and give you as much time as needed to resolve your problem, even if it is with 3rd party software used with their machines.
