I worked here. It's not American made and it as cheap as possible. The company has legal standing to say the parts are assembled in the us but not even the electrical box is made in the US because it was to expensive. Their life time support does not know how to fix the older equipment they sold.

I teach a high school manufacturing course and encountered an issue after moving the machine at the end of the school year. I filled out a ticket last Friday afternoon and received emails and calls over the weekend to help me get the problem resolved. I did not expect a response until Monday so getting assistance over the weekend was a huge help! Thanks to the Technical Support Team for the great work!
