Since getting our ShopSabre IS 408 nearly a year ago we have been given great technical support. Every time I call (at least 6 times since getting the machine) I have been able to get my problem solved within less than 30 minutes of being on the phone. Shout out to Mitch and Logan from technical support, they are the real MVPs.
