Very unprofessional contracting their labor out of state, uncommunicative to contractors, and refuses to deposit checks on a normal basis - sometimes, reaching over a month out from last day of work. A company based in Ohio AND Florida which works across the country, 100% has the capital to better attend to their workforce outside of full time techs. All in all, their low respect for the backbone of their company has left myself and others high and dry on numerous occasions.
