Went there once, will never again. Doctor calls in three prescriptions, go there to pick it up, they hand you a bag and say have a nice day. Get home to find out there was only two of the three prescriptions. Call in asking why that was, was told one of them wasn't covered by insurance. Hey thanks! How about say that at the window when we're there to pick it up? Which is what I said to the young lady. To which I got a response of "you should check the bag before you leave". It feels like I'm in the Twilight zone when interacting with these people. I even went so far as to print out paperwork to file a formal complaint to the Board of Pharmacy, but unfortunately any complaint can be public and I don't want others to know my medical information. If anyone else would like to file a formal complaint just do an internet search stating, "nj board of pharmacy complaint" and it will show up in the search results (the complaint would be with the actual NJ state board, not Shoprite).
