The only one that deserves 5 stars is Ashley. The rest of the team is rude and clearly only looks out for themselves. Example-- I called asking if my child's medicine was ready, I came in that time frame, the ladies clearly heard me at the window when I said my child's name. Instead of telling THEIR coworker that it wasn't mixed yet, they ignored it and let her look around for it. Knowing it wasn't prepped and ready. Great service whether you go in or drive thru.
Always fast, polite and professional service
Went there once, will never again. Doctor calls in three prescriptions, go there to pick it up, they hand you a bag and say have a nice day. Get home to find out there was only two of the three prescriptions. Call in asking why that was, was told one of them wasn't covered by insurance. Hey thanks! How about say that at the window when we're there to pick it up? Which is what I said to the young lady. To which I got a response of "you should check the bag before you leave".
