Poor service and cigar products. Purchased 3 Tabak cigars from the cigar counter. Took them home and put them in my humidor. The next day, I took 1 out and noticed a crack at the base. 2nd one also had a crack at the base. 3rd was fine. This tells me that the humidity level is too low at their location. I went back that day notifying them I was sold 2 cracked cigars, and wanted to change them out for the same exact cigars, but uncracked one. They would not exchange them.
