Poor service and cigar products. Purchased 3 Tabak cigars from the cigar counter. Took them home and put them in my humidor. The next day, I took 1 out and noticed a crack at the base. 2nd one also had a crack at the base. 3rd was fine. This tells me that the humidity level is too low at their location. I went back that day notifying them I was sold 2 cracked cigars, and wanted to change them out for the same exact cigars, but uncracked one. They would not exchange them. If I could give a 0 they deserve is it at the deli nasty attitude not only that but their mouth look pretty yuck talking over the meats 🤢.On top of that ask for bread and the guy who works there at night a complete jerk.
