This is the fastest service ever. I was using walgreens but they are horrible I will be using shoprite going forward.
This is a review on my mom's behalf. We recently switched to ShopRite Pharmacy for her numerous medications from Apex. In the past, it's been part of my daughterly duties to pick up scripts as needed. Apex has a big problem with basic customer service. They don't call or notify when the script will be ready and you're lucky to get an acknowledgement when you walk up to the counter, but typically there it's like you're bothering them to do their job. I can't say enough good things about Shoprite Pharmacy on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden . Everyone behind the counter is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My prescriptions are refilled promptly and accurately with text and a phone call to remind me to pick them up. Such great service I would recommend this Pharmacy to all my friends and family.
