I stopped by the ShopRite on my way home. I don’t live in the area. I purchased $32 (2 packs) worth of cod from the seafood section for dinner that night. Upon arriving home the cod was slimy and had a foul odor. I called the store and they stated I had to drive all the way back to the store with my rotten cod to get a refund. I explained I didn’t live close to the store and they refused to refund me any money or do anything to right the situation that they sold me rotten overpriced cod. Every time I get something at the deli counter whether it is ordering from the computer or waiting for an attendant to take my order it takes a minimum of 20 min to get my order even if there is no one else in line. Today was the longest I've ever waited for the deli. I put in an order on the computer, went shopping and still waited 30 minutes for it to be done.
