I am disappointed with my recent experience at this ShopRite location. It always seems to be something here. Items are often misplaced throughout the store and not just one random item a customer may have left behind, but multiple products consistently in the wrong sections. I’ve also noticed expired or spoiled items on shelves before, and the produce section frequently has fruits and vegetables that look old or past their prime. I appreciate that they offer non-alcoholic beers. Extremely convenient.
Emre B was not too nice to me. He was manager on duty. I was with elderly father and 18 month old child. The register froze up and we had to wait a long time. This is after we bagged all our groceries. He finally comes over and sincerely apologizes to the lady behind us giving her ShopRite cash. He spends more time analyzing the frozen screen. Very old supermarket in the area, you need to refresh it as soon as possible
Pick up at this location is horrendous don't waste your time. After 3 thirty minute plus waits I will be driving further to not deal with the incompetency.
