Absolutely terrible. I attempted to negotiate a lease with one of their agents, Kevin Mayhew. When we received the lease, it was structured for a mall unit, what we were trying to rent was a standalone building. After attempting to work between our agent & theirs to get this lease relevant to the unit we were attempting to rent the lease was sent back to us full of NNN language, this was a gross lease.
