The lady working there is very rude. We walked in 15 mins before 6 to have a paper notarized, as soon as we walked in she asked what did we need with an attitude. We asked was she about to close she said in a few, and what did we need once again with an attitude. We left without getting the paper notarized due to her nasty attitude, please do not patronize this lady. I see why she has 2 stars. This isn’t the first encounter we’ve had with her. The woman notary at this location tries to complicate simple transfers go to the location on Plank Rd.
The lady working there was so rude. She had no customer skills whatsoever. I was trying to find out information and her tone and everything about her was the rudest customer experience I had ever endured. I definitely won’t be back. She didn’t have to take her bad day out on me
