I used to enjoy shopping here. It seems they have lost focus on customer service. Never enough cashiers and the system upgrade caused the self checkouts to fail. While telling an employee how displeased we were we asked to speak to a manager. He was standing right next to us the whole time and didn't say anything. We even sent an email with feedback but received no response. I guess Food Lion will get all of our business.
