I had such a great experience at Shoppers! KAMS and KAELYS were incredibly helpful and kind — they went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. It’s always nice to meet staff who are genuinely friendly and professional. Thank you both for making my visit so pleasant!
Same thing happened to me as Ian mentioned in his review. This company issues tickets to rip off people. Be careful when you park in their parking lots or near it! I got a ticket at shoppers drug mark parking lot!! No signs and it was saying free for 1 hour. I'll add photos soon
WATCH OUT regarding parking in the back designated to customers to shoppers with a 60 minute limit. IMPARK whose been regulating this parking lot will still issue you a parking infarction for parking at the Shoppers parking which you can never contest or dispute. IMPARK are ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS!!!
Workers there didn't help me look for items I wanted and after my purchase they forced me to tip even if they gave poor customer service. Absolutely disgusting!!
