I find the pharmacists very helpful at this location. They are patient and willing to answer questions which I really appreciate.
I parked my car in their parking lot for 30 minutes and although I had a receipt of purchase, I got a ticket! I disputed online few times and submitted my receipt but they never accepted,.. So painfull. I will never do my shopping from this location & suggest you do not too. Shoppers store management should prevent parkade companies from this unfair actions to their customers.
A shoppers employee in the beauty department was extremely aggressive. I was unknowingly trying an eye cream when she approached me aggressively and demanded that I buy the product because it wasn’t a sample item. I reminded her that I didn’t know and that even if I was to buy this product, I would return it. Then she said that I should buy it and return it.
