Very disappointing experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. As soon as we entered the store, the staff announced for security without any reason, which made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. The employees were also very rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Customers should be treated with respect, not suspicion. I hope management addresses this issue and improves both customer service and staff behavior.

I had a terrible experience with this drugstore. They won't assist you when you shop for drugstore brand. A lady over there said it's just a drugstore brand, so just find it.
One of the best store I have been. And staff are friendly and helpful.
