I had an amazing experience at Shoppers Drug Mart tonight, especially because of Nabeel. I went in to pick up a medication that was on my prescription, but unfortunately, this branch didn’t have it available. Nabeel went above and beyond to help me. Even though it was late at night, he personally called three or four other Shoppers locations to find out where my medication was available. He found the closest branch, contacted them, and asked them to keep it aside for me so I could simply go there and pick it up. I really app... read more
Very disappointing experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. As soon as we entered the store, the staff announced for security without any reason, which made us feel singled out and uncomfortable. The employees were also very rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Customers should be treated with respect, not suspicion. I hope management addresses this issue and improves both customer service and staff behavior.
