Very disappointing experience at Shoppers. My friend and I spent almost $450, but the beauty department employee, Katrine, was not at all helpful and made us feel singled out. She was friendly and helpful to other customers but treated us very differently, which felt discriminatory. We expected basic respect and customer service, but unfortunately did not receive it.
Pretty good. Clean, bright and lots of selection. Pricing can be higher, but do have good sales.
Visited this place for pharmacy services and really impressed with the services. Ran the pharmacist, helped me with my prescriptions and explained me about them. Will visit again!
