The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I live with a heart condition. It certainly can handicap me if I miss, am late or forget to take my pills. I deal with shoppers because they deliver. Thank goodness. Well I haven’t had my medication delivered to me in weeks and weeks. I call no one‘s there. They need to return my call. For a drug store, its so not handicapped friendly. They force you in 1 door, and to walk all around 1 whole area to get to the main part. Its terrible. Worst place if you have walking issues.
I called this store requesting the beauty department following the phone prompts. I waited on hold for 13 minutes so I hung up and tried calling customer service through the prompts. I asked the customer service rep if she could help me since beauty department was not answering and she replied “well they’re extremely busy it’s seniors day, you’ll have to wait for them I’ll transfer you” without even asking what I needed help with. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service so I decided to spend my money elsewhere!
