Went in to shoppers for a last minute passport photo for my aunt past the time it was available. Jamila was kind enough to assist us with the picture as well as the kind associate working at the time. She had helped fix my aunts hair and make sure her picture was perfect. Amazing experience at this shoppers, will be back again!
Disappointed with my experience today with Jamila. A bag of chips was clearly marked $3.99, but scanned at a higher price. I showed Jamila the signage, which appeared to include the BBQ flavour I had selected, but she disagreed and directed me to another flavour. When we scanned that one, it also came up at the wrong price. Krishna then stepped in, reviewed the signage with me, and ultimately honoured the Scanning Code of Practice. Had a pleasant experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a good variety of health, beauty, and personal-care products. I was especially happy to find BYOMA products, which I had been looking for. Overall it was a convenient place for shopping and pharmacy needs.
