This Shoppers Drug Mart services a large urban neighborhood and because of this, is often busy with people in and out and browsing. Late night and early mornings, the staff is often restocking shelves and so it can be a bit of a game of 'hide and seek' to find them. There have been concerns of shoplifting in the past so a security guard is stationed at the front but they are often distracted and ate only useful for calling the staff on the phone to come to the check out if no one is there. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Shoppers Drug Mart this location regarding a pricing issue that I believe was not handled appropriately. There was a shelf price displayed for an item in the Enfamil section, and based on that placement, I selected the product. However, at checkout, I was charged a significantly higher price.
