I went to this place and the “old asian lady” or old Filipina lady cashier mentioned by reviewers, was very, very rude and spoke with a very sharp mouth and tone. She did not honour the price that was written on the shelf and we even showed a picture to her. Her reason was that apparently it is not allowed but I know the scanning code of practice which is written in every Shoppers. I visited this location today for newborn passport photos, having had my own done here successfully in the past. Unfortunately, the experience this time was incredibly frustrating. The staff member on duty was completely untrained in infant photography and flatly refused to even try, claiming they only know how to do adults. It is unacceptable to have my time wasted because of a lack of basic training. If Shoppers offers photo services, the personnel should be competent enough to assist customers of all ages.
