Poor customer service. Even when staff are not busy, getting help with perfume testers feels like you have to beg for it. Asking for a second tester makes the consultant act like helping you is some kind of huge favor.
I recently visited this store, and I was very surprised and disappointed by the attitude and behaviour of the manager named Nadeem. I asked the cashier where the washroom was. The cashier called a colleague on the phone and guided me to a certain area where the colleague could assist me. When I went there, I was treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner and was asked to leave the store without any explanation.
