We came for a late night run of stuff we needed and we came to checkout and one of the workers named Joon helped us and he was so friendly and he helped us redeem a coupon that got us 20,000 points and when we left we just felt happier.
This store is a complete disaster. The manager is absolutely the worst, and some of the beauty staff are just as bad, rude, unhelpful, and careless. I’ve been coming here for years, but I’m done. The staff and manager need to be replaced ASAP. I will never shop here again and will gladly switch to other stores that actually value their customers. Wish I could give 0 star instead of 1
Very unsatisfied with the service at this location. I went to management and found where the problem stems from. The manager seemed shocked that I was actually voicing my opinion. His bad attitude is stemming down to the employees and then to us the customers. (ex-customer). Me and my friends wish it was a London Drugs, or maybe just new staff at Shoppers. (not all staff but definetly some including the manager)
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This location is one of the most toxic, hostile, and unprofessional environments I have ever encountered. The management treats customers with outright contempt, and the atmosphere created here is beyond unacceptable. I have personally experienced behavior that was discriminatory and deeply disrespectful.
