After a recent update we had several problems that SM could not fix such as disappearing work orders . This is a real problem . And the service department admitted that departments do not communicate so they would not know anything about any updated. Updates were done supposedly with no one else knowing about them or any possible problems. ( Could that be a lie ?) At the same time SM raised their rates massively despite original promised pricing. Switched to Tekmetric . That has been the best move we ever made.

We've only recently started using Shopmonkey at Evanoff Powersports LLC, but the experience has been excellent so far. The software is clean, professional, and much more capable than the invoicing systems I tried before.
