Shopmonkey has a lot of good features and then it has some fatal flaws for a company like ours. We are a restoration shop that provides restoration, service, and sales of classic European sports cars. We are hourly not flat rate. Seems like their website is always down and you can’t never get a hold of nobody Other than the computer virtual chat They wanna cost you money, but they won’t take nothing off your bill. And I’ve been with them since day, one. And I am inches from going back to Mitchell shop Management or try autoleap only reason I use it is for my wife because yes it’s easy To navigate.half a hour before I open and it’s down agin if I was anyone else I would look at other options.
