Dawn at the Marshall, MN store is the absolute BEST eyecare assistant that I and/or my husband have ever, EVER had. I cannot give enough praise to Dawn for going the extra mile make sure everything was to our liking. She is one for perfection and was most instrumental on us purchasing four sets of glasses. This type of excellent customer service is unheard of, especially nowadays!! Thank you Dawn and Shopko Optical
Dawn did an excellent job helping me find the right frames, explaining the insurance option, and even tried to food a problem with my current frames. A very pleasant person!
