Karen is the best!
Great staff and doctor! Modern facility with state-of-the-art procedures. Dr Herba is fantastic - very friendly, very professional. And his staff are all great! Madison helped me get some terrific glasses, and Karen helped my husband find just the right frames. They both were very knowledgeable about all aspects of their industry including insurance. Truly an excellent experience!

I went and got new glasses yesterday. Always a great experience at Shopko in Crystal Lake. I've seen both doctors, and was well taken care of, even had a couple laughs. Madison and Becca helped me look at almost a million pair of glasses until I found the ones that I was happy with. They're all great there, highly recommend going there for your eye care needs.
