I was reluctant to go to Shopko Optical. I thought they’d be cheap with a poor selection of glasses and untrained staff. My husband wanted to go so off we went. I was very wrong! I found plenty of glasses choices, and a wonderful, fun and knowledgeable staff. Specifically I would like to mention Joe and Haley. They both pulled frames for my husband and myself to try. I had a great visit with Eric who helped me
I had no idea what to expect, but I have to say from the moment I walked in Eric made me feel like a part of the little family that is Kenosha Shopko Optical! You can really tell that their office is built on a culture of service that starts with each other and extends to our whole community. Came in with my eye hurting pain level 10. Got it looked at and prescribed medication right away. Thanks doctor, nowobilski. My eye feeling much better found my new eye places all my future eye care and glasses only from now on. 🙌
From start to finish we had an awesome experience. From the time we walked in and spoke with Haley, who had us all set to go, to Eric who helped us through our tests, to Dr. Mike taking the time to talk with us about our eyes! Excellent Excellent Excellent!
