I had an appointment today and I absolutely LOVE the staff. My only complaint is that there is no music. Silence is uncomfortable.

Love the staff here! All very welcoming & professional. Dr. N is great- very knowledgeable, caring, takes his time to address all questions & cconcerns. Joe, my very personable & awesome tech today, provided excellent service & took time to ensure my needs were met. Highly recommend!!

I just picked up my glasses today and from the look to the prescription, they’re perfect! The staff, especially Aniyah, were so great, communicative, and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is that the place would be sooo much better with some music :)

I had a wonderful experience today at Shopko optical! This was my first eye exam in over a decade due to health issues that had kept me bedbound. From the first person I interacted with until the last, I have nothing but good things to say. I spoke with Joe when I called and explained to him about my situation. He was super kind and understanding and respectful. He walked me through what I could expect and gave me some tips on how to make it as easy as possible.
