I just picked up my glasses today and from the look to the prescription, they’re perfect! The staff, especially Aniyah, were so great, communicative, and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is that the place would be sooo much better with some music :)
I had a wonderful experience today at Shopko optical! This was my first eye exam in over a decade due to health issues that had kept me bedbound. From the first person I interacted with until the last, I have nothing but good things to say. I spoke with Joe when I called and explained to him about my situation. I recently came to this location for my yearly eye exam. All around very friendly experience. Joe is the one who helped with picking my glasses out he was energetic and had a wonderful attitude. He really made the visit impeccable. Thank you
I absolutely love Joe ! He did amazing and as well as Aniyah. They are amazing employees. They pay attention too detail and go above and beyond too help there customers & makes you feel like your welcomed & at home !
