Absolutely amazing customer service and Jessica was amazing fixed my glass so they fit better than they ever have
Jess at the Baraboo location was amazing and so patient. Her and only one other staff were working when we went in for my son’s appointment. Things were slow moving and she pretty much helped everyone solo (maybe the other lady was new?) and she did it with a smile on her face the whole time!
Dr Engdahl was great! He was super informative and helpful getting me into daily contacts. Galen was very helpful and friendly getting things ordered.
I was traveling for work and forgot my contacts. I called the office and they helped me get some contacts right away. They were very kind and helpful.
