Disappointed in my experience. All employees seemed very complacent, did not explain my options on lens purchases, and had not explained the process well at all following the purchase of new glasses. I opted in for text to be notified when glasses arrive and I was not added to any informational text nor told of any form of communication when they do arrive at the store.
The tech was not knowledgeable. Did not know the information on type of lenses they offer. They were not entering in information correctly. Had to go get the other tech multiple times to help. Took about an hour and a half to get done. I sat and waited most of the time. Tech was not in the room When the doctor was asking them questions. I had to tell the doctor that the tech had left the room.
My experience was great, the Optometrist was through and I found out about some conditions I didn’t know about. Natasha was very helpful in finding a set of frames that looked good on me. Then she applied my insurance to the cost and I was surprised that my cost was 2/3 less than the original price. This is the second set of glasses I’ve purchased at this location and I will continue to come back. Thanks again.
Sam and garig both did my glasses order when I ordered sunglasses. When my glasses came in they were not tinted. Shopko optical did nothing to help.
