I had a very disappointing interaction at this Shopko Optical location. I walked in simply looking for assistance with a return. Within less than a minute of entering, I was asked where I had purchased the glasses. When I explained they were from another Shopko Optical location, I was immediately told, in a dismissive tone, “Yeah, we don’t do returns.” What confused me was why I was asked where I purchased them in the first place if the policy is that returns from other locations are not accepted.
