Awesome customer service Courtney was great in helping me with replacing my lens to my mom’s Harley glasses. Dr was great in explaining everything. Good job ladies definitely will be back.
Nav the Optician was amazing. I am currently sitting in front of her. And I had to do this right now to make sure I let everyone know she’s amazing. Customer service was criminally underrated. I came in for an eye exam for my partner. And when I asked about discounts she was able to help me and take her time to make sure I turely understood anything I needed to know. I’m not making a purchase today but will come back and save a good amount on my now future purchase. Might save enough to get two glasses now :).
Everyone was friendly and professional! Dr Hafeman was professional and helpful and explained my eye condition to me. Macy, Nav and Lauren were friendly and they all helped me choose some glasses that fit me and looked good.
I recently bought Glasses and when I tried them on. Immediately I felt disoriented and mentioned that to the gal that was helping me. She tried to correct and didn't work. I came back 4 days later and received help From NAV. Right away she could tell something was wrong and popped out lenses and Switch them from left too Right.
