Dr Nick is great would highly recommend him. However Shopko Optical itself is nothing special. Frame selection is fair and their lenses are top notch. Just to expensive.
Outstanding service at this West side of Appleton location. Had been looking and looking for a new glass case after dropping mine on the ground and breaking the hinge. Associate Nav was amazing…friendly, kind, accommodating, and patient. Thank you for your generosity. And by the way, I hadn’t purchased my new glasses at Costco. But my next pair will be.
I had a great experience with Nav during my recent visit. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease during the eye puff test (which I usually really dislike). Her excellent customer service and friendly approach made the whole process so much more comfortable. I really appreciated the extra care and patience.
Awesome customer service Courtney was great in helping me with replacing my lens to my mom’s Harley glasses. Dr was great in explaining everything. Good job ladies definitely will be back.
