I have come here for a few years, and against my better judgement I again scheduled an appointment, originally at the northland ave location. But I believe everything happens for a reason. I believe my reason was so I would not go back again. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and pleasantry. My check in and pre screening was quick and simple. The doctor was pleasant and hos voice was calming . He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood my options. Picking out my glasses was easy and the staff was very helpful. They went thr extra mile to make sure that my vision insurance was documented. I really enjoyed my visit.
