I’ve typically had a good experience but after rushing to get here by 6pm last night, I was turned away when I walked in at 5:58pm. I realize it’s two minutes before closing but all I needed was for them to tighten my glasses bc every time I look down they fall off. The guy told me he’d turned off his heating element 15 minutes ago (prior to their advertised closing time) so he couldn’t help me & to come back.
Excellent experience. Dr. B is awesome. I had a thorough exam, well explained, all my questions answered. Highly recommended!
