Bian was provided friendly conversation when I booked my appointment. Bian was so very nice in person as well. She is very knowledgeable about what the client would like, offers suggestions and together with the client comes up with the best option.

Booked an appointment for my son months ago. I took off work to make this appointment happen, and when we arrived they apparently didn't have us "booked". Though our address was right, and someone called to confirm our appointment the day before we were turned away. The lack of professionalism is outstanding, I would look elsewhere.
