Booked with them 3 weeks prior , then I get a call a day before my appointment that the doctor has been sick for weeks! Well if y’all’s doctor been sick for weeks like yall saying , yall should’ve said that when I first book then they tried to schedule another appointment till the ending of April are you serious ? I have to wait a whole month after I already waited 3 weeks yeah that’s how yall end up getting closed down.
It took 3 weeks to tell me.They could not fit my own frames with new lenses
I went to pick up my daughter’s contacts. I attempted to enter the store at 2:58 (closes at 3), but the door was locked, lights on, a lady was standing at the desk with her coat on looking at her phone. She looked at me knocking and then shook her head “nope”, and a minute later turned off the lights and turned to walk out the back of the store. Extremely unprofessional. Very rude behavior. I will not give them my business any longer.
Friendly atmosphere was quick and good selection of eyeglasses.
Love these guys! The whole staff is great with my with my son and answers all my questions
