CJ helped me out with both my sons glasses today. Very nice and quick service at no charge
This is my second year working with these great folks at Shopko Optical in Machesney Park, IL. I really feel treated very well and respectfully. I have full confidence in trusting my eye care to these fine folks.
Walked in with an issue with my glasses, was fixed quickly and professionally. CJ was great.
Waited more than 15 min to be acknowledged while there was people in lobby .when finally acknowledged they could not find my appointment when I made sure to call and have them scheduled it for me.Customer service in general was very unhelpful and seem to be confused with its own job role.Do not recommend.
