Sierra, the general manager, was extremely kind and helpful. The ophthalmologist did a great job and was very proficient. All in all a great experience.
The staff at the Sun Prairie location is excellent. My optician, Max, was courteous, profession and kind. He took care of my issue very quickly and efficiently. He deserves a raise! Awesome, polite and professional at reasonable prices.
Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 5 years for eye exams and eyewear and have never had a bad experience.
Have gone there twice for my toddlers glasses and a staff named Kyle was absolutely fantastic! He was so dedicated, compassionate, and driven to make sure my son’s glasses fit and were exactly what we ordered. Highly recommended him!!
