I had an exceptional visit to the Shopko Optical in Sun Prairie, WI last month. My optician, Kyle, was personable and helpful. His knowledge of frames, lenses, fit, etc. made my selection so much easier. I went home happy with my new glasses.
They have very great professionalism and the service is off the change no more waiting 13 months to get in . Got my eye doctor.♡♡♡

I visited the Sun Prairie Shopko Optical location for my annual eye exam yesterday, and while I appreciated their flexibility in scheduling me quickly and during my lunch hour, my experience was less than ideal due to a mix-up with my insurance and personal information.
