Overall, I had a great experience from the moment I arrived to the end of exam but when it came to buying contacts and glasses the employee felt burdened by me asking questions. I decided to go pick out some frames I liked and brought them back over. Upon doing that I did ask if my insurance would cover transition lenses and the guy asked me if I meant whatever the fancy word is for it and I was like sure that sounds right.
