DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. The optical staff relies on underhanded sales tactics to inflate bills. I checked my records and found they added an expensive 'ZEISS DuraVision Platinum' coating to my order, sticking me with a $96 out-of-pocket charge via my EyeMed portal. While it is technically listed on the final receipt, it is completely missing from the prescription order form they had me sign. Dr. Barlas was highly knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. Kyana helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, knew her insurance well, and processed my order succinctly and professionally. Top marks for the doctor and staff every visit!
honestly im not sure how to feel. staff was great but they told me my eyes improved what i thought was an insane jump after having the same prescription for 10 years and mentioned that to them. they told me nope it’s normal. well i just got my new glasses and sunglasses and the prescription is definitely wrong and way too weak. very frustrated.
Kyana helped me out, she repaired my glasses within jus a few minutes and was super kind and during the process
