DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. The optical staff relies on underhanded sales tactics to inflate bills. I checked my records and found they added an expensive 'ZEISS DuraVision Platinum' coating to my order, sticking me with a $96 out-of-pocket charge via my EyeMed portal. While it is technically listed on the final receipt, it is completely missing from the prescription order form they had me sign. honestly im not sure how to feel. staff was great but they told me my eyes improved what i thought was an insane jump after having the same prescription for 10 years and mentioned that to them. they told me nope it’s normal. well i just got my new glasses and sunglasses and the prescription is definitely wrong and way too weak. very frustrated.
