I am a patient of your facility. Christy is a wonderful employee always friendly, caring, and has integrity. She has always approach selling glasses with the utmost regard for me and has only suggested the best options for me she has not ever pushed me to spend more money. She has never been malicious nor has ever made me feel like she was mean. She has a great respect for the patients and it shows in her care that she puts out towards me every time I have an appointment.
Meredith was a very pleasant person to deal with . Called to make an appointment she was very helpful.
Our entire family will NEVER return to Shopko Optical because of the employee named Christy or Christina... She was absolutely Awful to work with, very unprofessional, not helpful at all, and extremely rude. Went out of her way to make the experience here horrible. I can't imagine acting like that with any human rather than customers. Beware. The other employees were wonderful.
My doctor was amazing as well as the staff who was very patient and helpful when picking out Frames
I'm a new customer so it was my first time ever going there, it was so clean and smelled very nice. The staff was amazing, Sharon, Brian and my Dr. Jamie were all so nice and helpful and awesome!
