The eye doctor is excellent; however, the staff is unprofessional. I attempted to schedule my appointment elsewhere, but after they verified my insurance, I was unable to do so. They misrepresented communication with me to my insurance, claiming I confirmed an appointment when I had only received a voicemail. They also denied pulling my insurance, which prevented me from seeking care at another provider.
I had come in to Shopko to get my glasses adjusted and new nose pads. Christy had helped me and was very pleasant and personable.
Everyone here is spectacular, but Jen specifically - She made my daughter’s day when she went above and beyond for us! When I forgot to reorder my daughter’s contacts, and we ran out, Jen gave us some samples to hold us over until our order came in the mail. Every time I visit this location, I have a great experience!
I am from out of town, we stopped for some info and Meredith was very helpful. We appreciate how caring and informative she was.
The team is amazing at the location. Kind caring and excellent service. I have recommended this location to my family members. Great job girls! Thank you for welcoming atmosphere to walk into! Thank you for taking care of my family and our vision!
