I sent my husband at this location for an emergency pair of contact lenses for our daughter since her contact lenses ripped while she was at school and the extra pair we had for her was deffective or something because it was blurry. Since we are waiting for her lenses to be delivered from Shopko we needed a pair for the main time. Unfortunately my husband was sent home empty handed even though my daughter's prescription is through Shopko. Shelley was excellent in customer service today when I brought in not 1, not 2, nor 3 pairs of glasses but TEN pairs from a 3rd party retailer to be fitted and adjusted. She took the time to fit each individual pair and have small talk with me. THANK YOU May 2024 update Steve a d Stephanie were so helpful in adjusted 3 pairs of glasses
