I had been coming to Shopko Optical for the past five years and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ken, Steve and Shelly are so helpful and professional. It turns out I am hard to satisfy when it comes to my glasses and they are always so kind and willing to be flexible to help me get what I need to see well and feel comfortable. 10 out of 10!
The customer service was the best - Steve was phenomenal and took the time to make sure my glasses fit and were comfortable! Definitely will be back to purchase my next pair!
Thank you, Shelly for a great first experience at Shopko optical! Not only did they fix a pair of broken frames that I walked in with, but they helped me to find a new pair and make an appointment for an eye exam in house. I love my frames so much!
The guy couldn’t help fix my glasses (supposedly easy fix but he couldn’t do it).., what is the point of an optical store if you can’t help your customers with a repair And then try to overcharge for news ones even with insurance? Wouldn’t recommend I’ll take my business to Costco .
