I had a great experience and was taken care of with great customer service by opticians Maji and Ty. Dr. Johnson did a great job making my exam smooth and easy.
I decided to check out Shopko without any referrals or anything. I saw all the good reviews on Google, so i figured I'd give it a go. They definitely did not disappoint! Everyone here was so friendly and helpful! I was seen by Dr. Ryan Johnson and Ty helped me get squared away with some glasses and contacts. They made me feel welcome, and the process went so smooth. I had my first eye exam with Ryan Johnson, O.D., assisted by Ty B. I was impressed with both of them! Very courteous, efficient service. I was not referred by anyone, just took a chance and I’m very glad I did! I will definitely refer my friends and family! Ordered my Contacts, they will call me in a week when they come in!
