I received excellent customer service from the Antioch Fielman Vision Care location! Sophia was friendly and very knowlegable.
Over charged us and we complained to the right person about it.

While I LOVE Dr. Lewinson (patient of 11 years) this staff at Shopko need some training. Their follow-up through and customer service skills are poor. If you are looking for support and communication look elsewhere.
Best eye exam. Takes great care of patients and knows exactly what you need to better your eyesight. I highly recommend!
