Very impressed.....I did not get my glasses from this store but was having a problem. I walked in and Chelsie greeted me with a warm hello and how can I help you. She took a look at my glasses and said she would see what she could do. She came back a few minutes later and had them all fixed up for me. No charge to me. I will definitely use them for my future glasses needs.
I needed a new nose pad for my glasses, and Chelsie was great. Admittedly, very simple, no forms, doctors or insurance involved, but I was in and out in about 10 mins. Fast, friendly, and free!
