After going to 3 places and them not listening to my wishes, I go to shopko optical and within seconds of walking in Douglas comes up and greets me, sympathizes and helps me. Very freindly and understanding.
The assistant was very helpful and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Kim was very professional and friendly. This is my first exposure via a digital eye exam and a remote licensed optometrist. There was a slight delay in-between video conferencing, but the comprehensive exam with and without the onsite assistant went very well leading up to the final sale.
Kim G was PHENOMENAL in every aspect of ordering my glasses. I will continue to use Shopko Optical. Exceeded My Expectations. Thrilled with my purchase. THANKS SO MUCH KIM G.
Had a virtual exam there yesterday and the staff did such an amazing job of walking me through the process. Equipment was clean and store was welcoming. My associate was very personable and professional. My first experience with a virtual eye exam and the staff made me feel confident that I was receiving great care and a comprehensive exam. Thanks to everyone for a great experience!
My daughter was in for glasses and I needed an exam. Douglas took great care of my daughter. Helping pick out glasses, while Kim G did my exam. Kim explained everything and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing.
