Hailey did a phenomenal job and made the whole experience a smooth and enjoyable process.
I really enjoyed my experience at Shopko Optical in Hartford. Friendly service all the ladies there are just so kind. I would definitely recommend them.
I am usually very pleased but this time very frustrated . I had to wait extra long...3 weeks for my glasses. When they arrived they were wrong. I couldn't read with them. Now it will be a month and I still did not receive my glasses. The ladies at the store were very kind apologetic and helpful but the time it took making of the lenses is unacceptable.
