Greg at Forest Lake is a really good guy who works hard to get his customers the best value. He’s the best!
I stopped in to the store without an appointment to drop off my glasses to get a lost screw replaced. The pleasant employee took my glasses and fixed them while I waited. I was out the door in less than five minutes!
Stopped in today after my normal optical shop missed the mark with helping me today. I needed a new nose piece for my glasses and Greg lept into action to help. He found one for my specific frames and swapped them out for me in no time. I think I may have found a new place for my optical needs. Thanks again Greg!
Wonderful experience. The doctor explained everything she was doing and the results/changes in my prescription. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on lenses and frames. Excellent location!
