My first time at this facility, Eli and Emily were both very thorough, very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Jenna was very patient kind, and professional. I will make this my go to eye doctor going forward. Also; no high pressure sales tactics, that was refreshing.
Elijah was so well informed on what my eye insurance covered and how the process worked. Both him and Emily are so polite and helpful. Dr. Jenna does an amazing job, and Nicole was so patient. Everyone was great!!
I love coming here, as staff make me feel like I truly belong there. Jenna Backowski O.D. also kept me laughing as she did my eye exam and told me of the many options I had to improve my eyesight, which I took her up on. Thank you, Shopko Optical Morris, you are all awesome! In the photo I have included are a pair of glasses I picked out. Tres chic, no? Oh yes!!! updated June 5, 2025: Again top quality care...this is my go to place for exams and eyewear! Keep up the AWESOME work!
I usually head back to the cities for my eye exams, however, I have been in Morris for two years now and needed to find somewhere closer. Janna was very thorough and easy to talk to. Eli was very kind. Glad I chose not to drive back to the cities for my eye exams.
