My husband & I were at the Altoona Shopko Optical yesterday about 5:30p.m. & Jackie, the Optician, waited on us. She replaced the nose pads in my current glasses & since my one lens would pop out sometimes, she replaced both screws with longer screws. She offered to stay past 6:00 so we ordered two pairs of glasses from her. She was very professional! Shopko Optical is lucky to have her as an Optician! Thank you, Jim & Bev
