Dr Frederiksen was great! Very happy with my experience until check out. The name on my receipt shows Cassandra. She started the process with me, then took a call and stayed on the call for several minutes. Then argued with me about my insurance. I explained my company switched plans from EyeMed to Delta Vision. She said “they’re the same and yours is expired.” I said that may be but my company did switch plans and we all got new cards.
