I made a call and visit to the Manitowoc location for replacement frame due to a frame breaking. Excellent care by Cathy and my call was handled well too
Stopped in this morning to order new glasses and Jenny was very helpful. Highly recommend! I have been getting my glasses here for years and have never had an issue with them.
Theresa did a wonderful job helping my girlfriend, Michelle, pick out her frames and lens options. She was immensely kind and patient. My girlfriend is beyond thankful for the honest and gentle guidance. Dr. Cook also did a great job with her exam, and she said he was also patient and responsive to her questions. Denise was a fantastic receptionist who was with us promptly and had a warm and smiley disposition that helped ease the initial waiting. She was courteous and thoughtful to the patients and guests alike.
Good experience at Shopko Optical! Would highly recommend
