I recently needed new glasses and decided to try Shopko. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jennifer, who kindly answered my question about AARP acceptance. Shortly after, Brenda assisted me in trying on several pairs of glasses. Both Jennifer and Brenda were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. With their honest opinions and guidance, I found the perfect pair and placed my order. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Shopko to anyone looking for new glasses.
Would not reccommend. Not only did it take me 3.5 months to get appts actually scheduled with them, they then went and cancelled the appts without notifying me. We showed up to our appt slots and the staff was extremely confused. This place is currently very unorganized and has gone down hill quickly. Not sure if it's due to management but we keep being told there's no eye doctors available.
Amazing experience. Brenda is incredible and makes me want to keep coming back to do business. She was very helpful and attentive and easy to talk to. Had a great time here. I will recommend everyone to come here.
My husband and I came to Shopko today. My husband's glasses were broken and we have been to many, many other optical stores. Nobody would help us. Went into Shopko today, explained what was wrong with my husband's glasses. (He has been without glasses for almost a month). Brenda gave us some options of putting his lenses in another frame and she and Turina worked tirelessly with us to find a frame that would work. Website and door has hours of operation stating they are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m Monday thru Friday. Arrived at the Willmar location at 9:06. Not open. Waited until 9:20, still not open. Not the way to run a business.
