If I could do zero stars if that was possible. Always closed when they are scheduled to be open. Horrible!
I tried to book an appointment, and they told me six months! SIX MONTHS! What kind of racket are they running here? Is this an eye exam, or a reservation at Katz’s Deli during Hanukkah?! By the time I get in, my prescription will be outdated, my vision will be worse, and I’ll probably need a seeing-eye dog! Oy vey, what a schlep!”
This place sucks, if you value your time and dignity don’t come here. Midwest Vision Center at the mall was a much better experience and faster. I don’t have time to wait around an eye exam should not take this long.
