Amazing experience. Brenda is incredible and makes me want to keep coming back to do business. She was very helpful and attentive and easy to talk to. Had a great time here. I will recommend everyone to come here.
My husband and I came to Shopko today. My husband's glasses were broken and we have been to many, many other optical stores. Nobody would help us. Went into Shopko today, explained what was wrong with my husband's glasses. (He has been without glasses for almost a month). Brenda gave us some options of putting his lenses in another frame and she and Turina worked tirelessly with us to find a frame that would work. Website and door has hours of operation stating they are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m Monday thru Friday. Arrived at the Willmar location at 9:06. Not open. Waited until 9:20, still not open. Not the way to run a business.
Minimal availability, completely unhelpful when navigating insurance, no actual doctor on site. When I finally got the time off I needed to get into their few available timeslots (fewer than are listed online), they decided to close early, completely wasting the time off I had to put in at work. Definitely avoid if you can.
Both workers were amazing! Will definitely return
