Loved my experience today with Jenna and Lance. Super helpful and friendly.
Had no problem with the optometrist. My issue is that they did NOT contact me when my glasses arrived. I had to call them and the person that i talked with said that i didnt specify how to reach out to me. He finally said that it wasnt put into their system. He didnt apologize once. I doubt i will be going back next time when needing glasses.
From the moment Dr. Engdahl began my eye exam, he was rude and belittling. No welcome, no hello, no greeting. He cut me off when I spoke--trying to say hello and introduce myself-- he immediately ordered me to put down my things and take a seat. When I began to explain something to him, he cut me off, didn't let me get a word in edge-wise, and repeated himself, "take a seat."
