I recently had my eye exam at the Thief River Falls location. Everyone is amazing!!! I would like to make a special shout out to Erica who assisted me with my contacts order. She went above and beyond in getting the information I needed, helping me understand how the insurance process worked and had the information back to me fast!! And my order was complete! Great service!!
Worst place to go, the lady that had the business a year ago and she retired,was so good she was fantastic, it changed hands and my wife got new glasses and the prescription was wrong now they won't help her to make it right the ladies behind the counter were worthless, never go to shopko optical again, this was in thief River falls 👎
