Worst place to go, the lady that had the business a year ago and she retired,was so good she was fantastic, it changed hands and my wife got new glasses and the prescription was wrong now they won't help her to make it right the ladies behind the counter were worthless, never go to shopko optical again, this was in thief River falls 👎
Went to get eye testing for glasses.waited for my my glasses to come in to find out Shopko had closed up for a while.not a happy customer.do better shopko.i had ended up calling a number and it went to the bemiji branch.they didn't know anything.i went to a different optical place way better service there.i had to get bifocals instead because Shopko screwed up on my other lenses.will not go there ever again.
Inconsistent hours.. we drove 2 hours to pick up glasses just to find out this place was not open for two more days, even though online and their voicemail says otherwise. One week they are open certain days, following week is different. Very upset to waste my time and fuel. Most likely will go elsewhere for future optical needs.
The employees (Ashley and Trish) that work at the store, go above and beyond to help a customer. The store prices were reasonably not too expensive. It's a shame the Doctor retired. I hope they get another Doctor soon.
Rude customer service called to ask a question it took 3 times. The first time Ashley didn’t even let me finish my question and cut me off half way. Just to find out it wasn’t the question she was assuming I was gonna ask, 2nd time she hung up 3rd time I called to talk to someone else, little disappointed tbh. The others are great.
