There were several computer errors which were not anyone’s fault. Overall, I appreciated the explanations given to me regarding my glasses frame purchase options. Unfortunately, I did not anticipate a co-pay for my new frames. I didn’t have my credit card with me, but my Dad was kind enough to pay the difference, I felt like I was a valued customer, not at all like the optical service found in some large retail chains.
Erin was very helpful and informative when I went to get my exam. Explained all processes as we went through them thoroughly and made getting the exam feel less like a chore.
