Examine was good and no issues. Using VSP for eye glass coverage was painful and much more costly than anywhere else I have ever bought frames and lenses. Their attempt to explain the high cost wasn’t very effective.
Fergus Falls Shopko Optical has been SO great! So helpful! I have difficult eyes with my MS and they have gone over and above on helping me get the glasses that will work for me! Dr Christine Olmsted was very pleasant and helpful. Amanda U was great in doing pre exam and the gals were very good at helping to pick out new glasses. I will definitely keep going there for my eye exams and glasses!
While I've seen Dr. Mark for years this was my first experience a Spopko Optical. Beginning to end it was a great experience. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I worked with both of the Amandas. Thanks everyone! Love my new looks.
