This is my second interaction with Shopko Optical in DL. I’m impressed and will be back for future frames. Purchased an expensive pair of glasses/frames from another place in DL. Two months later the glasses were broken by a volleyball to the face (one ear piece broke at screw location). Tried to get them fixed at the original place - said my only option was to purchase new frames. Or try and glue myself. Took the broken frames to Shopko. Jenny and Lily were amazing. Sherri was very pleasant and helpful with choosing new frames for me.
I was running late for my appointment so I had to wait a few minutes because the Dr. had someone else in his office. Sherri was helping with getting all the pre exam stuff and explaining how my insurance worked. Jenny was very helpful with me picking my glasses out and checking me out after my appointment. Sherri and Jenny were very helpful getting me in and out. Dr. McCamy was very good at explaining and answering my questions I had.
Excellent service except never got a text or a phone call saying glasses were in.
