I called to make appointments for my daughter and I and we got in the very next day! Tammy was really nice, and I appreciated how patient she and the doctor were with my daughter as it was her first eye exam and she was a bit nervous. We both needed glasses and received them within a week of our appointments. Fast and friendly, 10/10 recommend this location
Had a great experience at Shopko Optical today, both kiddos had an exam. The Doctor was really nice and knowledgeable. All the staff was nice. And Tawny helped us with the glasses, super sweet and kind! She made sure she got us the correct information when it came to insurance and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend!
Tawny was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very service oriented and I appreciated her approach.
