Baffled by the customer service. I show up for my appointment and there is no one at the receptionist area to help which is fine. None of the other employees working at their desks acknowledge me. After waiting at the receptionist desk for a bit I walk around looking at the glasses. Two more ladies walk in, still no person at the front receptionist and none of the other employees acknowledge any of us. Finally a lady comes to the front and starts helping the guests who walked in after me. That isn’t what bothered me though. ... read more
