Had a great experience. Exam was thorough and well explained. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
I bought a $1800 pair of metal glasses (before insurance), plus bought the extra coverage for 13 mo. A bow broke at 15 mo. Phone employee couldn't care less about my problem, as conveyed through her voice. We went in to store to show them the bow, to see if we could order a replacement bow. Very rude sales person was arrogant during brief encounter...I just have to buy a new pair...but it won't be at this store!
It was a good experience, I would go back.
