Bought [$627.98) my glasses on May 12, 2026, still do not have them, July 9, 2026. they have been sent back 3 times due to staff error.... very disappointed with your service. I would like to be compensated for this.....
Customer service is terrible, Booked out over two months For needed appointment Doctor had to cancel for good cause, they tried to reach me on a 10 year old landline didn’t bother to use the number I left with them for the appointment. They don’t care I don’t care. Do not recommend if I care is anything like their service you’re better off blind.
