There is a certain lady that works the customer service and she is always extremely rude. I had to return a pair of flip flops I got for my daughter because the size they had them marked with were wrong. I asked if I could just go get the right size only to be treated like I was conning them. She was not nice at all. You advertise shoes Buy one Get one off, but when they do not ring up right, your service desk and clerks refuse to check on the prices. Great way to try to scam customers out of their money. Should have guess so much from a store that tapes their toilet paper dispense together in the womans bathrooms.
Shopko can suck it! Just tried exchanging my Christmas jacket because it was to small. We couldn't find one in the correct size so Just just took one with a tag to get in store credit. Tag price $29.99 then in-store credit became $17.99. So we went and looked for a dif one to buy. Found the one i just turned in in the correct size 4 racks away. Went to buy it and of course it's $29.99.. Then the gift card they just gave me wouldn't work so I commented "well you have mine so can't we just do an even exchange" no response. 20 ... read more
