Went to take my medication the other day and realized I didn’t have any left. Tried to refill it and the pharmacist said it wouldn’t be refilled until the first week of September. Let’s do the math...I picked up my medication on June 30th (Supposed to be 90 qty). I take 1 pill every night. So 90 pills should have lasted me until September 28th. However the pharmacy refuses to take ownership of their mistake. Now I have to result to questioning a Professional and count my own pills before I leave. I miss RiteAid!
Not knowing business hours, I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I was ignored for several minutes then when I asked to have my prescription filled, the pharmacist told me they were closed. I’ve never filled here before and I’ll never fill here again. I’m a tech at another pharmacy and I hate that places like this give pharmacies a bad reputation.
Helpful and professional. I will always have a good experience at this pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy ever. I came in at 755pm with 2 scripts for family member that were leaving IMC hospital. Both the pharmacist and tech refused to help me and said their computers were closed and refused to turn the lights back on even though they had 5 min left. Total jerks, I will never recommend them to ANYONE!
The pharmacist was very helpful but his employees are 80 percent of the time very rude just not very nice will no longer go there.
